You would join as a probationary agent. Your stipend would be held for a probationary period not to exceed two months, at the end of which time a decision would be made whether to hire you on or let you go. Your release from Torchwood would not mean the forfeiture of any more than 25% of your held stipend. Your performance would be evaluated by myself, and you would be expected to respond to the directives of Torchwood personnel including myself as orders from a superior officer. You would serve primarily as an adjunct to Owen Harper, secondarily as a Contingency officer serving the interests of Torchwood as a whole, in a capacity which could, under certain circumstances, override immediate duties as Dr. Harper's adjunct.
