Just checking in here, but are you all right? There was a post in

Tell me to torque off if I'm trampling over private business, but is there something wrong with Martha? I'm a bit concerned for her after a conversation we had recently, and the Doctor's last post isn't encouraging.

That would wholly depend on how much she told you during that conversation. Apparently, the Doctor reacted badly to some of her, uh, "recent activities" and ran off on her. Tore her up pretty badly and I think she expected me to do the same thing when I went to see her. Thankfully, I happen to be a god amongst men when it comes to grey areas, but don't tell the Doctor that. He tends to get pissy when I mention that.

She's a bit better now. I was with her all night to make sure of that. Really, she's worried about him, mostly. I honestly have no idea what we're going to do about him, considering if I have to deal with him right now, I'll probably hit him again.

Look, I realize that nobody in the deep dark universe wants to talk about this, and that's probably half the problem right there – can you fill me in on things? I can help. Honestly. Even if it's just in a "professional counselling" sense, I can help. And I've been so far down this road before I couldn't see stars.

I know how she was when we found her in the warehouse, and I can make some pretty educated guesses about what happened there, but I don't have specifics (and I'm guessing that nobody does except her, am I right?). I know that she's been seeing our face-stealing friend in order to "forget", and from that I can guess that support systems here have been pretty much nonexistent for her, and that says very, very bad things about the way she's coping with this. A fact I don't imagine is helped by the way the Doctor

So I know that she's trying to deal with this all herself, and it's not working out, and I have some vague idea of what exactly she's trying to deal with. I need to know just a little bit more.

She's hurting, that's the long and short of it, but it doesn't take a genius to figure that out. Calisto raped her and she hasn't recovered from it the way she should have. Like you said, she's been trying to forget and somehow that makes her want to go to random strangers who don't ask questions. And yeah, it's bad, but I'm not going to judge her for it, because I'm sure we all have our fucking awful coping methods, and that doesn't change how wrong it is, but whatever. That's what she's afraid of- that's everyone's going to abandon her because of what she did, which the Doctor sorta proved when he walked out on her.

Honestly, she didn't disclose all that much information to me either, but the rape thing was news to me. I'm still seeing red spots from how fucking pissed that made me. In fact there's a chair in my room that may never function as a chair again.

As I said, she's dealing with the aftermath of a horrific rape and torture session. That's all I can say, really. Seriously, we kill Calisto and she still manages to hurt our friends. That bitch doesn't die.
