In the unlikely and hypothetical situation that I found myself caretaking the emotional stability of a young woman trained as an assassin and working for an organization which at one point wanted me dead, is there any possibility I could get out of the Tower for a while to meet with her assuming I had a guardian angel escort?

...don't answer that. As long as Mac's around, as long as you both stay in public areas where neither one of you is likely to be killed, and as long as you don't let her into the building, I don't see why not.
