There's a shitton of Rift interference – my wrist device won't teleport, and it'll barely scan anything but the active Rift itself. If anyone has technology that can scan, bring it.

I have my scanner on me, Captain. It's getting some interference, but it's able to identify some people trapped under the rubble. I'm not sure if it'll be any use, though; it keeps telling me that they've moved in impossible ways.

I may, however, be able to tell you who is trapped under the rubble.

Any information will help. Can you tell if it might become more accurate as your distance decreases?
